I'm the person behind the keyboard at Free-Range Homesteader. I got the idea to start this blog because I wanted to share my experience with trying to live simply. After growing up and living in the city for decades, my family and I moved to a smaller town with property in the mountains. It's here that I found my love for living simple, making my own food, and doing the best I can for my family.

Writing under the name Kimberly Hanson, I publish clean and wholesome romance stories focusing on the love and lives of people in small towns. Both my Sweetheart Springs and Holiday Rivals series are available on Amazon.
